When will you send my order?

All of our orders are dispatched from our office within 24-48hours of us getting the payment. With COVID-19 and Government changes can add some delays and will keep you notified if this effects your order.  

How long will postage take to arrive?

Your Item is shipped out of Melbourne, Victoria Office and can take up to 2-5 working days to recive and there can be more delays due to COVID-19.

How often do you ship my monthly subscription package?

After your first order, each month's delivery will be posted out to you on the 15th or the 30th of the month, pending which date is the closest to the anniversary of your original order date. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly and / or not picked up.

Can I track where my monthly Air Freshener is?

You can check the progress by signing into our page and going to your Accounts section to see what the status is.  You will get a update on what has been sent and what is due to be sent.  

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately not at this stage. We are only available to residents of Australia. 

Where should I put my air freshener?

Our hanging air fresheners get the best results when they are hung from the rear vision mirror of your car. If this is not a suitable location for you, then place your air freshener on a hook located near the handles on the roof or even on the indicator stork will be fine.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove air freshener from package. 
• Hang air freshener in desired location - can be used in car, home or office.
• Replace after 30 days or when fragrance is no longer noticeable: longevity varies widely depending on temperature and air flow.  

Care Instructions:

• Avoid contact with plastics including dashboard. 
• Do not place air freshener where driver's visibility could be impaired. 
• Must not come in contact with plastics or painted surfaces as damage will occur.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• This product contains parts that may pose a choking hazard.
• For adult use only. Product is not a toy.
• Eye and skin irritant, prolonged or frequent skin contact may cause an allergic reaction. Seek medical advice if reaction occurs.
